I’m Jimena Szychowski, founder and lead transaction coordinator. With over 23 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and 16 years as a transaction coordinator, I’ve managed thousands of closings in multiple states. My background also includes mortgage processing, short sale negotiation, and team leadership, so I understand every angle of a deal and how to keep it moving smoothly.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, which gives me a strong foundation in reviewing contracts and ensuring accuracy at every step. This legal training enables me to anticipate issues, clarify terms, and manage transactions with confidence and care.

The goal of Breakaway TCS is to give agents the freedom to focus on growing their business while we handle the details behind the scenes. From contract to closing, we manage timelines, documents, and communications so you and your clients stay informed and your transactions stay on track.

The name “Breakaway” comes from one of our favorite hockey plays—and a personal passion shared by my husband and me, as lifelong hockey fans. Just like in hockey, a successful breakaway in real estate is all about timing, skill, and execution. That’s why our motto is: Break away from the paperwork and score more closings.
