Frequently Asked Questions

  • A Transaction Coordinator handles the administrative tasks involved in a real estate transaction. From contract acceptance to closing, we take over the paperwork, track deadlines, communicate with all parties, and ensure your files stay compliant.

  • Before we begin working together, we’ll discuss your communication preferences. We send weekly update emails to keep you informed about the status of your files, and any outstanding items are communicated as needed. You’ll always know where your transactions stand.

  • Our regular business hours are Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

You can expect a prompt response during these times, or by the next business day if contacting us after hours. We understand that real estate isn’t a 9-to-5 job, so we do make exceptions for urgent matters, such as time-sensitive deadlines.

  • Yes, direct communication with your clients helps us work more efficiently and save you time. We will always copy you on all emails sent to your clients so you stay in the loop. That said, we’re happy to route all communication through you if that’s your preference. Either way, you’ll always be kept informed and copied on all correspondence.

  • Hiring a TC is a flexible and cost-effective alternative to hiring staff. You only pay per closed transaction, no overhead, payroll, or benefits to worry about. We come fully trained and ready to go. Many agents utilize a TC to manage the paperwork and related tasks from contract to close, thereby freeing up in-house support for marketing and client outreach.

  • We invoice you after closing, and payment can be made via credit card or ACH transfer.

  • We help you reclaim your time by handling the paperwork and coordination behind every deal, saving you an average of 16 hours per transaction. That means you can focus on income-producing activities, serving your current clients, and securing new ones, while we keep your transactions running smoothly.

  • If a transaction falls through, you won’t be charged. We believe in aligning our success with yours. We'll also prepare the release and cancellation, obtain signatures, and submit the paperwork to the Title company and Brokerage compliance, at no additional cost.

  • Yes, we offer contract preparation as an add-on service:

    • $50 per offer

    • $30 per listing agreement

You’ll provide the contract terms, and we’ll handle the rest. Documents are typically delivered within two business hours if submitted before 2:00 PM. Please check for availability. This fee is due regardless of whether the contract is accepted.
